I have been trying to save enough money to buy a pedicab. If I can buy a pedicab, there is a program that will help me start up by helping me get licences & insurance stuff going. It is Called the "Ticket to Work" program. How can you help? Easy... can you send me the spare change in your car ashtray? or maybe that quarter over there on the dresser? Hello,my name is Karl. I am a disabled man in Astoria, OR who is currently collecting YOUR TAX DOLLARS because I am Disabled Enough it makes it Very hard for an employer to hire me, let alone try to finanecally try to keep me working.

I have found a Pedicab (Used of course) that I may purchase for about $ 1700 more Dollars than I currently posses. The man who OWNS it said he would hold it for a little time while I try to raise the funds. I don't have a family to turn to or good credit so I can get a loan. There is although a program called "TICKET TO WORK" that will help me get started ONCE I OWN the pedicab with things like licences & Insurance. What they WONT DO is help me buy the dang pedicab!
